Q. Why do you only accept a minimum of three items per order? A. Delivery costs are such that it would not be economical to send just one item.

Q. How do you calculate your delivery charge? A. Our packaging is designed for three items, therefore if an order is placed that contains for instance four or five items, then the cost of postage and packaging per item four and five would be higher than for the first three items. In order to remedy this we have calculated the average cost of postage and packaging per individual item rather than per individual order.

Q. What do I do if my item is broken or faulty upon receipt? A. In the first instance please contact Ken Quine and we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept? A. Payments can be made through PayPal and Google Checkout, who accept most major credit cards.

Q. Will my card details be secure when I make an online payment at the Ken Quine Online Shop? A. Payments are made through PayPal and Google Checkout who are responsible for the safety of your card details. Ken Quine will never see your card details.

Q. Do I have to pay more for delivery to the UK mainland? A. No. We have a UK distribution depot in the North West of England meaning we can offer the same delivery price to anywhere on the UK mainland or the Isle of Man.

Q. What makes the Jams, Marmalades and Chutneys sold by Ken Quine so different? A. Ken Quine has always prided itself on quality and our Jams, Marmalades and Chutneys are no different. We sell premium products containing real fruit, made in small high quality batches.

Q. Will there be any more No Added Sugar products added to the Ken Quine range? A. Yes. We are planning on adding a variety of No Added Sugar Jam, Marmalade and Chutney products to the range of products we currently stock.
